State Water Resources Control Board flow proposal

A proposal by the State Water Resources Control Board would require the Merced, Tuolumne, and Stanislaus rivers to dedicate 30 to 50 percent percent of unimpaired flow to fish and wildlife from February to June each year. If approved, the Substitute Environmental Document (SED) would undoubtedly have a significant impact on TID customers.
